Cheeseburger Meatloaf

The kids fell in love with this when I first tried the recipe.
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup ketchup
1 egg
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 pound lean ground beef
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
2 teaspoons dill pickle relish
6 slices American cheeseRecipe
Combine 1/4 c. ketchup, egg, bread crums and onion powder. Crumble beef over the mixture and mix well. On large piece of waxed paper pat beef mixture into 10 x 6 rectangle. Spread remaining ketchup over meat to within 1/2 inch of sides. Top with mustard and relish. Place 4 cheese slices on top, set remaining cheese aside. Roll up jelly roll style. Seal seam and ends well. Place in ungreased pan, seam side down. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Top loaf with remaining cheese. Return to oven until cheese is melted. Let set 10 minutes before slicing.
