    List of Ingredients




    1 pound fresh spinach
    1 - 8 ounce can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    4 hard cooked eggs, sliced
    1 bunch green onions, sliced
    1/2 pound bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

    Dressing:
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup vinegar
    1/4 cup salad oil
    1/3 cup ketchup
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

    Recipe



    Shake all dressing ingredients well, pour over salad and toss at serving time.
