Tomato Cucumber Salad

Great way to use up all those summer tomatoes and cucumbers that seem to all come on at once.
List of Ingredients
4 tomatoes diced
2 cups thinly sliced cucumbers
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup tarragon vinegar
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepperRecipe
Place tomatoes, cucumbers and onions in medium sized bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Cover and chill at least 4 hours.
