This is also baked but could work in a crockpot. Really different and
delicious...
Brie Dip
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 large onion, chopped
2 tablespoons minced garlic
8 oz. brie cheese
8 oz. package cream cheese
3/4 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 round sourdough bread loaf
Melt butter and saute onions and garlic. Microwave brie and cream cheese
just until softened and add rest of ingredients. Cut off top of bread and
scoup out center of loaf; put cheese mixture inside and top with lid. Wrap
in aluminum foil and bake at 400 for about one hour.
