    Snicker Peanut Butter Cookies

    The author was selling her book in Fields and had samples of the cookies. The cookie sample sold me her book.

    List of Ingredients




    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. butter softened
    2 eggs
    1 c. peanut butter
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    20 fun-sized snicker bars (cut in half)


    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together except candy bars.

    Shape about two tablespoons of dough around the snicker.

    Place on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper or a buttered cookie sheet about 4 inches apart.

    Bake 350 degrees until golden brown. About 15 minutes.

    Cool 10 minutes on cookie sheet. Remove from cookie sheet and cool.


    Makes 40 cookies.
