White Chocolate Brownie Pie
A delicious blend of white and dark chocolates.This dessert can look very elegant and is really very simple.
List of Ingredients
1 box brownie mix(about 22 ounce) batter prepared as directed
8 oz. white chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping creme
1 single serve size Hershey Bar--grated
2 Tbsp. hot fudge ice creme topping
additional sweetened whipped creme
Instructions
1.Spread Batter into 2 greased 9" pie plates.Bake as directed on box.Cool completely.
2.Place white choc. and 1/4 c. creme in a small bowl. Microwave on high 1 minute. Stir well until melted and
smooth microwaving in additional 10 second intervals if needed.Cool to room temperature---about 30 minutes.
3.While chocolate is cooling Beat remaining whipped creme until stiff. Stir a small amount of creme into
chocolate. Fold chocolate mixture back into whipped creme.Chill untill brownie is cool.
4.Wrap and freeze 1 brownie shell for later use.
5.On remaining shell spread 1/2 of the white chocolate creme.Sprinkle with 1/2 of the grated chocolate bar.
Spread on remaining white chocolate creme.
6.Garnish with heated hot fudge sauce, remaining grated chocolate, and additional whipped creme if desired.
7.Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
