    Apple Coffee Cake

    This is from a friend that belongs to a camping club. She makes this for a breakfast treat and says she never has a piece to take home.


    APPLE COFFEE CAKE

    MIX TOGETHER

    1 yellow cake mix
    3 beaten eggs
    1 can apple pie filling (for 1 pie)

    Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan and add topping


    TOPPING

    1 1/2 tablespoon margarine or butter
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    1 tablespoon flour
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 cup nuts (walnuts or pecans)

    Bake at 350 degrees 35-40 minutes

    Peach pie filling also works well.
