    1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
    1/3 - 1/2 c. dry vermouth

    Make the Good Seasons dressing according to pkg. instructions.
    Add the
    vermouth, mix well and pour over steak. Marinade steak several
    hours, turnng
    occasionally. Charcoal grill as desired.
