    Spaghetti and Artichokes

    Cook a pound of spaghetti until slightly under done.
    Layer into a cassarole. Layer of spaghetti, dot with butter, sweet basil, lawrey's salt, pepper, artichoke hearts
    and jack cheese. Repeat. Add a cup and a half of milk. Top with cheese. Bake, covered at 350 (what else?)for
    30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
    turn on broiler to slightly brown cheese if necessary.
