    Veggie Pesto Pizza

    This is a pizza I created for our family
    Fresh Veggie Pizza With Goat Cheese

    1 15 inch pizza crust

    1/2 cup of pesto sauce
    2 medium sliced tomatoes, seeded or 4 or 5 roma tomatoes, sliced
    I red or yellow pepper, roasted, peeled and diced
    1/2 of a small red onion, thinly sliced
    1 3 oz. pkg or goat cheese

    Parmesan cheese for topping.

    Spread pesto over the pizza crust.
    Add sliced tomatoes, peppers, and onions.
    Crumble goat cheese over the top.
    Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 425 degrees about 15 minutes or until crust is crispy.


    If I have fresh basil, I add a few leaves before I add the cheeses.
