    My friend Kathy gave me this recipe many years ago when I worked with her. It is a favorite at our house.

    List of Ingredients




    1 # ground ham
    1/2 lb ground pork
    1/2 # lean ground beef
    1 c. crushed white crackers
    2 T. chopped onion
    2 T. chopped celery
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 c. milk

    Sauce
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1 T. dry mustard

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients for ham loaf together.
    Shaoe into one loaf or into individual loaves. I use one cup for the mini loaves.

    Place in a pyrex loaf pan.

    Mix together sauce ingredients and pour over loaves.

    Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes for the large loaf.

    For the mini loaves bake about 40 minutes. They will start to brown.

    Take out of over and let set for five minutes for sauce to thicken.

    I always make a double batch and freeze half for another meal.

    Serves 6.
