This is an old family recipe of his mother dating back to 1843. He brought it to potluck and was asked to share the recipe with many,


List of Ingredients







2 medium onions, diced

1 green pepper, diced

1 red pepper, diced

season with salt and pepper

1 T. Salad Supreme seasoning

1 1/2 c. Duke's mayo.

10 medium potatoes, cooked and diced









Peel potatoes, cook, and dice.


Add remaining ingredients and mix well.


Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.







Final Comments

I would add some hard boiled eggs.
