Spinach Salad
This recipe is from a good friend in Chicago. She was flower girl in our wedding!
Spinach Salad by Susan Schultz
SPINACH SALAD
2 or 3 pkgs. baby spinach
lb of bacon, fried and crumbled
3 or 4 hard boiled eggs
l can bean sprouts
l can water chestnuts
DRESSING:
1 cup salad oil
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/3 cup catsup
grated onion
Mix dressing in a jar and refrig. Shake well before using.
You may use more or less of the bacon, eggs and grated onion to your own
liking.
