    Steakhouse 100 House Italian Dressing
    1/2 cup Good quality red wine vinegar
    1/2 cup Good quality balsamic vinegar
    1/4 teas. Garlic powder
    1/4 teas. Dry mustard
    1/4 teas. White pepper
    Scant teas. Dried oregano
    Scant teas. Dried basil
    1/4 cup Sugar
    1-1/2 teas. Salt
    1/8 cup Water
    1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil

    In large container, combine all ingredients except oil. Whisk until garlic
    powder, mustard and pepper are dissolved. Add oil; mix
