    Blue Cheese Mushroom Sauce

    List of Ingredients






    Mushroom-Roquefort Sauce, Trapper's Peak Tenderloin, from Creme de Colorado cookbook. Great
    over any steak, too
    1/4 pound Roquefort cheese
    1/2 cup butter
    2 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 teaspoon caraway seeds
    1/2 cup chopped green onions, incl tops
    1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced

    in medium saucepan over low heat combine cheese, butter, garlic, Worcestershire and caraway seeds.
    Stir until cheese and butter melt. Add green onions and mushrooms. Continue cooking for 2 to 3
    minutes.
