List of Ingredients
16 oz ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
15 0z can tomato sauce
12 oz can tomato paste
15 oz can yellow corn, drained
15 oz. can dark kidney beans,drained
15 oz can black beans, drained
1 pkg of chili seasoning mix
1 can tomatoes and green chilies (rotel) or 1 can stewed tomatoes.
2-3 bean cans full of water ( I used two)
Garlic powder to taste
Brown turkey with onion, drain well, Add all other ingredients and simmer at least 1 hour. Makes 8 servings.
Better the next day! Each 1 1/2 c is 5 points.
