    Yummy Corn

    After eating corn like this I will fix it this way more often. It is less mess and easier to serve than corn om the cob.

    List of Ingredients




    Gina's Fried Corn
    4-5 Ears of Fresh corn
    1/2 stick of butter
    1/4 cup half and half
    1 teaspoons sugar
    salt and pepper to taste

    Shuck the corn and remove silk. Using a sharp knife, remove kernals
    from corn in a bowl.
    Melt butter in skillet over medium high heat and add corn. Toss
    corn with butter and add sugar, salt and pepper.
    Slowly pour in half and half and stir to blend well. Lower heat to
    medium and stir occassionally for 20 minutes. If you
    need to add more butter, do so, you don't want the mixture to be to
    dry or wet, just nicely coated. Reduce heat to low
    and cook for 5 more minutes. Taste to make sure seasonings are
    correct. Try not to eat the entire contents before
    serving!!!
