    Everything Cindi makes is soooo good!



    Sunshine Rolls

    Dough for 12 rolls:

    1 egg, room temperature PLUS
    enough warm water to equal 1 c. liquid
    1/4 c. butter
    1/3 c. light brown sugar, packed
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. bread flour
    1 1/2 tsp.active dry yeast

    Topping for 12:
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 T. grated orange peel
    1/2 c. sugar

    Dough for 18 rolls:

    1 egg, room temperature PLUS
    enough warm water to equal 1 1/2 c. liquid
    1/3 c. butter
    1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 1/2 c. bread flour
    2 tsp.active dry yeast

    Topping for 18:

    3/4 c. butter, melted
    1/4 T. grated orange peel
    3/4 c. sugar

    Add ingredients to bread pan according to manufacturer's directions. Use
    dough setting on machine. When cycle is finished, remove dough and place on
    a lightly floured surface. Divide dough into pieces and shape in small
    balls.

    Mix topping ingredients together. Dip each roll into the mixture. Place
    coated side up in a greased 13x9" baking dish. Drizzle any remaining
    topping over rolls. Cover and let rise in a warm place 1 hr., or until
    doubled in size.

    Bake at 350F., 20-30 minutes or until done. Best served warm.
