    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups water
    • 1 1/2 cups sugar
    • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
    • 1/3 cup instant coffee
    • 1 Vanilla Bean


    Instructions


    1. Bring water and sugars to a boil and simmer 10 minutes. Stir constantly until sugar is dissolved, and then add coffee. Stir until coffee is dissolved and cool.
    2. Add Vodka to taste.
    3. Slice vanilla bean lengthwise and put into bottle. Pour mixture, let set at least 2 weeks in a cool, dark place. The longer it ages, the better.
