List of Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon superfine sugar
- 1/2 ounce plus 2 ounces bourbon
- 8 - 10 red stemmed mint leaves
- 2 cups crushed ice
- sparkling water
- 1 lemon twist
- 1 mint sprig
- confectioners sugar
Instructions
- In a 12 ounce glass, dissolve sugar in 1/2 ounce bourbon.
- Add mint and bruise with muddler or wooden spoon. Fill the glass with 2/3 cups crushed ice and mix gently
- Add mor ice and remaining bourbon. Top with sparkling water and stir. Rub rim of glass with lemon twist.
