    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup smipped, dried apricots
    • 2 cups warm water
    • 2 Teaspoons butter or oleo, softened
    • 1 egg
    • 2 cups flour
    • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    • 3/4 cups chopped walnuts
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 3/4 cup orange juice
    • 2 teaspoons baking powder
    • 1 teaspoon salt


    Instructions


    1. Soak apricots in warm water for 30 minutes.
    2. In mixing bowl, cream sugar, oleo, and egg. Stir in orange juice.
    3. Combine remining ingredients except nuts. Mix well.
    4. Add nuts.
    5. Pour into a greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes or until tested as done.
