    I have yet to make this but its on my list of things to do.

    List of Ingredients




    9 lasagna noodles, cooked
    4 to 5 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed
    2 cups shredded chedder cheese
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    3/4 cup butter or margarine
    salt and pepper to taste.

    Recipe



    Assemble 3 lasagna strips in a buttered 13 by 9 inch baking dish. Mix cheese into hot mashed potatoes; spread 1/2 potato/cheese mixture on top of lasagna noodles. Lay 3 more lasagna strips; repeat with remaining potato/cheese mixture and lasagna noodles. Saute butter and onions until golden. Pour over casserole. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 uncovered. For moister noodles, be sure to moisten all lasagna strips and corners with the butter and onions.

    I just noticed this doesn't have a temperature.. I am thinking 350 would be plenty as your basically just warming it.
