Stuffing and zucchini all in one

Zuchini Casserole
3 c. unpeeled zucchini
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. butter (melted)
1 stovetop stuffing mix (cornbread)
1/2 c. velveeta cheese
Recipe
Cook zucchini slightly,(boil) drain.
Mix sour cream, soup and butter together. Mix well.
Add cheese & stovetop. Add zucchini, mix well. Put in casserole, top with slices of velveeta.
Bake at 350* for 35 min.
