    Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

    2 Cans Crescent Rolls
    2-8 oz. Cream Cheese
    Cinnamon
    1 Cup Sugar
    Vanilla
    Butter


    Unroll one can crescent rolls (tip-get pillsbury, the others tend to fall apart!) Place in bottom of a greased 13x9 pan. If you want you can use a rolling pin to get crust even-I never do, though-just push it together!

    Put softened cream cheese, vanilla (about a tsp), and 1 Cup Sugar into mixer, mix til smooth. Spread onto crust.

    Unroll 2nd Pillsbury Crescent rolls, place on top of cream cheese mixture, again just smooth crust by pinching together.

    Mix about 1/4 a stick of butter and some sugar and cinnamon-I always just guess at this, throw it into a bowl and mash with fork until it is crumbly. Sprinkle over crust.

    Bake 30 Minutes at 350 or until crust is puffed and golden.

    Optional: Drizzle with honey when done baking. I have also added cherries to the top or served cherries on the side.
