This is a recipe site dedicated to people who love to cook with mushrooms. My husband is a 3rd generation mushroom farmer in the SE corner of PA. His grandmother was the first woman mushroom grower in the country. I hope everyone who loves mushrooms will enjoy my site, and offer some of their favorite recipes also, since I am an avid collector. Enjoy!
