Crab and Shrimp Balls

This is the same as the crab and shrimp imperial. I just make it a bit different for a change up.
List of Ingredients
Michele’s Shrimp & Crab Cakes
2 lb extra large shrimp peeled
1 lb lump crabmeat
1 eggs
3 /4 cup mayo
1 T mustard with horseradish
5 dashes of hot sauce
2 tsp. Old bay seasoning
1 T dried tarragon
1 T Worcestershire sauce
4 cups of panko breadcrumbs ( found in the Asian section of store)
Vegetable oil for frying.
Recipe
Using a food processor, mix all of the ingredients except shrimp and crab. Add 1/2½ cup of Set aside. Add shrimp to processor and process until chopped. Add to liquid mixture and mix well with crab. Using a medium sized ice cream scoop, scoop and drop into the bread crumbs. Coat well, drop into oil that is 350 degrees. Brown for 2 minutes drain on paper towel. I finish off these balls in the oven 425 degree for 12 minutes, that way they are browned but not greasy.
