List of Ingredients
- One 10-inch spinach tortilla wrap
- 1/4 cup softened cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh chives
- 3 ounces thinly sliced Black Forest ham
- 3 ounces thinly sliced Havarti cheese
- 1/4 cup roasted red pepper strips
Instructions
- In a heated grill pan set over moderately high heat, grill the spinach tortilla for 30 seconds on each side.
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and the chives. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the spinach wrap, covering the entire surface. Line the bottom third of the wrap with layers of the ham and cheese, and top with the peppers. Roll up wrap into a spiral and cut into 4 pieces, discarding the ends.
