List of Ingredients
- 2 T. butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 4 oz. can diced green chilies
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
Instructions
- Melt butter in 3 to 4 quart pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is tender. Stir in tomato sauce and chilies; reduce heat to low. Simmer 3 minutes. Gradually add cheeses, stirring until cheeses are melted and mixture is evenly blended. Serve warm.
