List of Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- 1/2 cup ground dark roast coffee
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 cups whipping cream, divided
- 1/3 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Cinnamon
Instructions
- Place water in coffee maker. Add coffee and cinnamon sticks to the filter. Combine 1 cup whipping cream, chocolate syrup, brown sugar and vanilla in cofee pot. Brew coffee mixture so that coffee drips into coffee pot with chocolate cream mixture.
- Meanwhile, whip remaining 1 cup whipping cream in large bowl. Sprinkle in powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until stiff peaks form. Pour coffee into individual coffee cups and top with whipped cream
