List of Ingredients
- 4 cup flour
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 to 1 1/3 hot milk
- 2/3 cup shortening
- 1 3/4 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients, work in shortening, add milk to make dough fold together.
- Knead till smooth, (1 to 2 min.)
- Let rest for about 2 min.
- Take 2 in. ball and rolll out 1/8 in. thick.
- Cook on med/hot griddle.
