PUMPKIN BREAD

List of Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 cup oil
- 2/3 cup cold water
- 1 to 2 cups raisins
- 1 to 2 cups pecans
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 large can pumpkin
Instructions
- In a large pan mix sugar, eggs, water and pumpkin.
- Set aside.
- Mix dry ingredients and all a little at a time to pumpkin mixture.
- Stir well.
- Add raisins and pecans.
- Pour into 5 greased (not floured) 1 pound coffee cans.
- Fill 1/2 full.
- Bake at 300 for 1 hour.
- Can be baked in loaf pans.
