List of Ingredients



• 1/2 c. sugar
  
• 1 c. cornmeal
  
• 1 c. flour
  
• 1 tsp. salt
  
• 1 tsp. soda
  
• 1 tsp. baking powder
  
• 1/2 c. oil
  
• 1 c. buttermilk
  
• 1 egg
  






Instructions



1. Mix all ingredients, poured into greased pan. (I pour the 1/2 c. oil in recipe in my baking dish and preheat oven and skillet with oil together. After all the other ingredients are comnined I pour out of the skillet into cornbread batter. Your skillet is then already greased and it cuts down on your fat in recipe.
   
   
2. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
