List of Ingredients
- Preheat oven to 300*. In large bowl, mix:
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1/4 C sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 C wheat germ
- 1 C coconut
- 1/2 C sunflower seed
- 12-15 C rolled 7-grain
- In blender mix:
- 1 C oil
- 1/2 C honey
- 1 T vanilla
Instructions
- Combine and mix thoroughly. Bake until golden, stirring often to prevent burning. This recipe is flexible, adjust sweetness, add nuts, dried fruit, or a variety of other goodies at your discretion.
