List of Ingredients
- 1 cup Crisco Shortening
- 1 cup butter or margarine (softened)
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 bag powdered sugar
- 4 to 5 T milk
Instructions
- With an electric mixer, cream together Crisco, butter and vanilla until smooth. Gradually beat in powdered sugar (mixture will be really thick). Add milk one tablespoon at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
Final Comments
This recipe makes a large quantity of frosting (enough frosting to frost two, two layer cakes or one large sheet cake).
