CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES

- 1 lb. margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg semi-sweet chocolate squares
- 2 cups nuts, chopped
- 1 (7 oz.) can coconut
- 8 eggs
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 Tablespoons vanilla
Instructions
- Melt margarine and chocolate.
- Add nuts and coconut.
- In separate large bowl, beat eggs; gradually add sugar and flour.
- Stir in chocolate mixture and vanilla.
- Pour in paper-lined muffin pans.
- Bake 30 minutes at 325.
- Makes 3 dozen large cup cakes.
- Can be frozen.
