    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. margarine
    • 1 (8 oz.) pkg semi-sweet chocolate squares
    • 2 cups nuts, chopped
    • 1 (7 oz.) can coconut
    • 8 eggs
    • 3 cups sugar
    • 2 cups flour
    • 2 Tablespoons vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Melt margarine and chocolate.
    2. Add nuts and coconut.
    3. In separate large bowl, beat eggs; gradually add sugar and flour.
    4. Stir in chocolate mixture and vanilla.
    5. Pour in paper-lined muffin pans.
    6. Bake 30 minutes at 325.
    7. Makes 3 dozen large cup cakes.
    8. Can be frozen.
