List of Ingredients



• 2 1/4 cup brown sugar
  
• 3 cups flour
  
• 2 tsp. soda
  
• 1 1/2 cups nuts
  
• 1 1/2 cups cooking oil
  
• 1 cup orange juice
  
• 3 eggs
  
• 2 cups grated carrots
  
• 2 tsp. vanilla
  






Instructions



1. Mix together brown sugar, flour, soda and nuts.
   
2. Add cooking oil, orange juice and eggs, mix well.
   
3. Add carrots vanilla, mix well.
   
4. Pour into prepared pan and bake at 375 degrees until toothpick comes out clean.
