PUMPKIN PIE CAKE

List of Ingredients
- 1 lg. can pumpkin (3 1/2 c.)
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1 lg. can evaporated milk
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 1/2 cubes margarine
- 1 c. nuts, chopped
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except cake mix, margarine and nuts. Pour into oiled 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread cake mix on top. Melt margarine and drizzle over cake topping. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
Final Comments
Serve with Cool Whip or sweetened whipped cream.
