MEXICAN CASSEROLE

List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs. hamburger
- 1/2 large onion
- 1 lb. velveeta
- corn or flour tortillas, torn into 1/4
- 1 lg. can chopped green chilies
- 2 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tall can evaporated milk
Instructions
- Brown meat and onion. Add green chilies and salt & pepper to taste. Add about 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 2 Tbs. cumin. Melt and blend cheese, milk and soup. Layer tortillas, meat, cheese, repeat layers. Bake at 350 until bubbly (15 - 20 minutes).
