List of Ingredients



• 1 lb ground meat
  
• 1 medium onion chopped
  
• 1/2 cup ketchup
  
• 3/4 cup rice uncooked
  






Instructions



1. Cook meat and onions until onion is clear.
   
   
2. Mix in rice and ketchup.
   
   
3. Salt and pepper to taste.
   
   
4. Add 2 cups of boiling water.
   
   
5. Cook until water is gone.
   
   
6. Pour into casserole dish and cover with grated cheese.
   
   
7. Bake in oven until cheese melts.
