    List of Ingredients


    • CRUST
    • 1 1/2 cups flour
    • 1 stick butter
    • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
    • FILLING
    • 1 8oz package cream cheese
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 1/2 carton Cool Whip
    • PUDDING
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 3 heaping tablespoons cocoa
    • 3 eggs
    • 5 tablespoons flour
    • 3 cups milk
    • Vanilla to tase
    • 1/2 stick margarine


    Instructions


    1. CRUST: Mix to texture of peas.
    2. Press into cake pan.

    3. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
    4. Cool, then add filling.
    5. FILLING: Beat until fluffy.
    6. Spread over crust, then add pudding.
    7. PUDDING: Cook until thick, cool.
    8. When cool, pour over filling.
    9. Top all this with Cool Whip.
