    PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE BARS

    List of Ingredients


    • Layer No. 1
    • 1 pkg (16) oz pound cake mix
    • 1 egg
    • 2 T butter or margarine, melted
    • 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    • Layer No. 2
    • 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
    • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
    • 1 can (14 oz) pumpkin
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    • 1 cup chopped nuts


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350. In a large mixing bowl, combine Layer One ingredients until crumbly.

    2. Press into bottom of 15 X 10 X 1 jelly roll pan.

    3. Beat cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.

    4. Gradually beat in remaining ingredients excluding nuts. Mix well.

    5. Pour over crust. Top with nuts.

    6. Bake 35 minutes, cover and chill.

    7. Cut into bars. Store in the refrigerator.
