GREEN ENCHILADA SAUCE
List of Ingredients
- 3/4 can milk
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 small jar chopped pimentos
- 1 pkg. (dry) green onion dip
- 1 chopped (small can) green chilies
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Instructions
- Combine ingredients and cook in microwave or on top of stove until cheese is melted; stir to prevent sticking.
- Warm tortillas, one at a time, in microwave or can be heated in skillet in oil.
- After heating each tortilla, fill with 2 teaspoons beef.
- Roll.
- Put into casserole dish, seam side down.
- Pour melted sauce over tortilla.
- Cover with foil.
- Heat in oven at 350 till hot.
