    GREEN ENCHILADA SAUCE


    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 can milk
    • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
    • 1 small jar chopped pimentos
    • 1 pkg. (dry) green onion dip
    • 1 chopped (small can) green chilies
    • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese


    Instructions


    1. Combine ingredients and cook in microwave or on top of stove until cheese is melted; stir to prevent sticking.
    2. Warm tortillas, one at a time, in microwave or can be heated in skillet in oil.
    3. After heating each tortilla, fill with 2 teaspoons beef.
    4. Roll.
    5. Put into casserole dish, seam side down.
    6. Pour melted sauce over tortilla.
    7. Cover with foil.
    8. Heat in oven at 350 till hot.
