SHRIMP STROGANOFF

List of Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 can evaporated milk
Instructions
- Saute onion in butter.
- Add all other ingredients and heat thoroughly.
- When heated add 8 oz carton sour cream and 1/2 pound fresh shrimp.
- Cook until just hot and serve over rice.
