    List of Ingredients


    • 1 medium onion
    • 1 stick butter
    • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
    • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 can cream of shrimp soup
    • 1 can golden mushroom soup
    • 1 can sliced mushrooms
    • 1/2 can evaporated milk


    Instructions


    1. Saute onion in butter.
    2. Add all other ingredients and heat thoroughly.
    3. When heated add 8 oz carton sour cream and 1/2 pound fresh shrimp.
    4. Cook until just hot and serve over rice.
