    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg extra lean stew meat
    • 2 cans beef broth
    • 1 small can whole mushrooms
    • 1 small onion, thinly sliced and separated
    • 1 small carton sour cream
    • 1 pkg. egg noodles, cooked


    Instructions


    1. Using a large skillet or a 3 qt. sauce pan brown stew meat that has been dusted with flour, salt and pepper in a small amount of cooking oil. When browned add beef broth. Cook on low heat until tender.
    2. Add mushrooms. In a cup mix about 2 tablespoons corn starch and a half cup of water and until it is not lumpy. Pour into meat mixture and stir until about the consistency of gravy adding more water or corn starch if necessary.
    3. Add onions and cook until translucent. Just before serving gently stir in sour cream.
    4. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
