    BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE DELUXE

    List of Ingredients


    • Bacon Strips
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 4 to 6 chicken breasts
    • 1 pkg thin beef lunch meat
    • 1 carton sour cream


    Instructions


    1. Line baking pan with beef, finely chipped.

    2. Wrap each chicken breast with a strip of bacon and place in dish.

    3. Top with mixture of soup, sour cream and a little water.

    4. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes.

    5. Serve over rice.



    Final Comments


    This recipe can be stretched, but if you bake more chicken breasts you'll need another can of soup.
