BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE DELUXE

List of Ingredients
- Bacon Strips
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 to 6 chicken breasts
- 1 pkg thin beef lunch meat
- 1 carton sour cream
Instructions
- Line baking pan with beef, finely chipped.
- Wrap each chicken breast with a strip of bacon and place in dish.
- Top with mixture of soup, sour cream and a little water.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
Final Comments
This recipe can be stretched, but if you bake more chicken breasts you'll need another can of soup.
