List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs. hamburger meat
- 1 large can chopped tomatoes
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 can Pet milk
- 1 reg. pkg. Velveeta cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- Chili powder to taste
- Flour tortillas
Instructions
- Brown hamburger meat; drain. Add chili powder; set aside.
- In large saucepan, combine undrained tomatoes, chilies, cheese, onion and milk. Heat on medium, stirring constantly to prevent scorching, until cheese melts.
- Roll tortillas with 1 to 2 tablespoons of meat mixture. Place in 9 X 12 inch baking pan. Pour cheese mixture over tortillas and bake at 325 for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
Final Comments
This recipe also doubles very well.
