    1. Slice potatoes and line bottom of pan. Mix one can of Cream of Mushroom soup and small carton of sour cream. Spread over potatoes. Lay pork chops on top of potatoe mixture. Cover with foil and cook at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook another 10 minutes.
