List of Ingredients
- 9" pie shell
- 2 1/2 oz pkg. jack cheese, grated
- 2 1/2 oz pkg. shaved turkey, finely sliced
- 2 1/2 oz pkg. shaved ham, finely sliced
- 2 1/2 oz sliced mushrooms
- 2 1/2 oz cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup half and half
Instructions
- Dump cheese, meat and mushrooms in middle of uncooked pie crust.
- Mix eggs and half and half and pour slowly over cheese and meat.
- Cook at 350 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes or until middle is firm.
