QUICK & EASY NO-BOIL LASAGNA

- 1 1/2 ground meat
- 3 cups spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1 3/4 cups water

- 16 oz. ricotta or small curd cottage cheese
- 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped

- 9 lasagna noodles, uncooked
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350. Place meat in a large skillet over medium heat until thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally. Drain meat. Add sauce, oregano, basil and water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and set aside.
- Step 2: In a medium bowl, mix together ricotta, half of the mozzarella (reserve 1 cup for topping), Parmesan cheese, eggs, salt, pepper and parsley.
- Step 3: Spread 1 cup spaghetti sauce mixture over the bottom of 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Arrange 3 uncooked lasagna noodles lengthwise over sauce. Spread one half cheese mixture over noodles, then top with 1 cup sauce. Repeat layers of lasagna, remaining cheese mixture and 1 cup sauce. Place last 3 pieces of uncooked lasagna noodles on top. Cover with remaining sauce and remaining 1 cup mozzarella. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
