List of Ingredients



• 1 lb ground beef
  
• 1 pkg. frozen corn
  
• 1 cup water
  
• 1 can stewed tomatoes
  
• 1/2 tsp oregano
  
• 1 tsp chili powder
  
• 1/2 tsp salt
  
• 1/4 tsp garlic
  
• 1/8 tsp pepper
  
• 1 1/2 cups instant rice
  






Instructions



1. Brown meat and drain. Add corn, water, tomatoes and seasonings. Cook until corn is tender.
   
2. Stir in rice, cover and remove from heat.
   
3. Let stand 5 minutes.
